| Mellott & Mellott Moves to New Downtown Location

Fifty-two year old CPA firm, Mellott & Mellott, has relocated its downtown office from the Bartlett Building on 4th Street to 312 Elm Street. The new location offers sweeping views of the waterfront and Paul Brown Stadium, while providing the firm with room to accommodate its steady growth.
In considering locations, Managing Partner, Donald Mellott, Jr. comments, “It was always our desire to remain downtown. We feel that it is important to serve our Tri-State clients from the hub of the area’s business activity, downtown Cincinnati. We are excited about our new location, and working with Cresa Partners and Duke Realty has been a pleasure.”
Mellott points out that its downtown location helps in many ways. “We view Mellott & Mellott as a key member of our clients’ personal or professional advisory team. An important aspect of our service is working closely with our clients’ bankers, attorneys, and financial service providers, many of which are located downtown.”
